Data and purposes
When you submit an enquiry or project brief, we process your name, email, message and the project information you choose to provide, such as company, phone, website, services, budget and deadlines. We use these details to reply, prepare a proposal and discuss possible work. Processing needed to take steps at your request before a contract is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other business correspondence relies on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, Article 6(1)(f).
The hosting service processes technical request information, including IP addresses. We also use IP addresses for temporary request rate limiting to protect our forms. Security and reliable operation rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Browser storage
Essential storage remembers your consent choice and manages the intro animation and page transitions. We remember your language between visits only if you allow Preferences. Analytics and marketing services are currently inactive. See our cookie policy for details.
Service providers and international transfers
Vercel hosts this website. Form submissions are sent through Resend to studio@timdsgn.com and processed in the email system we use for business correspondence. Providers process data as needed to deliver their services. Fonts are served from our own domain, without connecting your browser to Google font servers.
Depending on a provider and its infrastructure, processing may involve transfers outside the EEA. Applicable safeguards for these transfers include adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where appropriate. Provider information: Vercel, Resend. Contact us for information about specific recipients and safeguards.
Retention
We retain contact enquiries and project briefs for 90 days from receipt, after which we delete them. If we work together, contractual and statutory duties govern project records; information needed for legal claims is retained for applicable periods. Browser storage periods are listed in our cookie policy.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdraw consent to remembering your language in Cookie settings; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email studio@timdsgn.com for requests. We verify identity only as needed to handle a request securely.
You may complain to the Croatian supervisory authority, AZOP. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling. Required form fields are needed to handle your enquiry; without them it cannot be submitted. Other fields are optional.
